Doctor consultation
You consult with a registered South African doctor, who assesses your health and bloods and builds your personal plan where the programme is clinically appropriate. Where it is right for your health, your doctor will discuss treatment options with you.

The member app opens: logging, progress charts, coach chat and appointments. Your coach checks in weekly, and your doctor follows your progress and adjusts your plan with you over time.

What membership covers
Membership covers your medical care: the assessment, doctor consultations, coaching and the app. If your doctor recommends medicine or blood tests, those are billed separately by the pharmacy or lab.
